1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:
Pokemon cards
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at cam@mintconditiongear.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
If your return is rejected, we will notify you and explain the reason. The item will be returned to you at your expense.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, please send us an email at cam@mintconditiongear.com for instructions.
